Introduction
QualityBargainz, LLC respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. Part I. Information Collection
QualityBargainz, LLC collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect no personally identifiable information except for the information given to us by our Web site users from activities such as placing an order for a product.

We may also collect personally identifiable information that our users divulge about other people, such as referrals or gift purchases. QualityBargainz, LLC does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files to collect Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, and date/time stamp. We use the information to analyze site usage, administer the site, understand usage and navigation trends in aggregate, and determine the relevance of content. This information, however, is not linked to any personally identifiable information. Under no circumstances does QualityBargainz, LLC request or collect sensitive personal information such as an Internet user's medical/health conditions; racial or ethnic origin; political, religious or philosophical beliefs or affiliations; trade union membership or sex life.

To receive our products and services, personal information such as name and address is mandatory in order to fulfill the request for said products and services. Payment information such as credit card numbers used for payment is not collected by QualityBargainz, LLC, nor is available to us. Payment processing is handled through Paypal.com and such information is collected and retained by Paypal.com. Other information we request is optional.

We do not employ cookies, however some of our advertisers or selling venues may employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. QualityBargainz, LLC and/or our marketing partners may enhance and/or merge personally identifiable information about consumers who have opted-in to receive marketing communications with commercially-available third party data collected from other sources in an effort to ensure that the messages being sent to the consumer in online and/or offline marketing programs are relevant to their interests. In the event we enhance and/or merge such personally identifiable information with data collected from other sources, we will take reasonable steps to maintain the integrity and quality of that information.

Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by QualityBargainz, LLC will be used for fulfillment of orders for any product or service being offered. Users may receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, or a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect may be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.

We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

Our Web site(s) may offer chats, forums, blogs or message boards. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.

Part III. Access to Information
QualityBargainz, LLC maintains the accuracy of our information by electronic storage deemed to be reliable. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by requesting such information via email to admin@qualitybargainz.com. Users may request deletion or modification of their information from our database via an email to admin@qualitybargainz.com requesting such action and including a mailing address for us to send a confirmation.

Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact QualityBargainz, LLC by emailing us at admin@qualitybargainz.com. We are committed to resolving disputes within a commercially reasonable time.

Part V. Data Storage and Security
QualityBargainz, LLC is deemed to have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site(s).
