Does QualityBargainz,
LLC charge sales tax?
Only for orders
sent to addresses in the state of Michigan (6.0%). You will be
responsible for any taxes, if any, for your own State.

Does QualityBargainz, LLC accept credit cards?
Yes we do! Through
Paypal. You do NOT need to register with Paypal to use this secure
credit card payment system. We are now able to accept phone orders,
but being an internet company we are generally able to respond
more quickly to emails. Combined orders in excess of $20.00 will
ONLY be shipped to the address associated with the credit card
used for purchase.

Does QualityBargainz, LLC accept Paypal?
You bet! Paypal
is our preferred method of payment. Combined orders in excess of
$20.00 including S&H will ONLY be shipped to a CONFIRMED address.
Confirming with Paypal is quick, easy and free. If paying with an
e-Check form of payment, your order will be shipped after payment
clears; generally it takes four business days for Paypal to clear
your e-Check payment. |
Does QualityBargainz, LLC accept Money
Orders and Cashier Checks?
Absolutely! After
you are done shopping and get your total including S&H, simply
email us for our payment address. Please include a copy of your
invoice or otherwise note your order when sending payment. |
Does QualityBargainz, LLC accept Personal
Checks?
Yes with pre-approval.
We will hold your shipment for 10 business days after deposit for
your personal check to clear. Any fees QualityBargainz incurs due
to a bad check will need to be settled in full before your order
will be shipped. |
Does QualityBargainz, LLC accept E-Checks
(bank transfers)?
Yes. Though quicker
than mailing a person check, we will still hold your shipment until
the funds have cleared. Generally this is four business days or
less. The use of an e-Check does not require prior approval. |
Does QualityBargainz, LLC accept phone
orders?
Not at this time.
Presently we accept internet and mail orders. |
Does QualityBargainz, LLC ship outside
of the United States?
Generally, no.
Again, sorry for any inconvenience. Exceptions to Canada and most
of Europe can be negotiated, but only in advance, and depending
upon the order size. |
Can
I get faster shipping than listed with the item?
You bet! Please
email us prior to placing your order if you wish to expedite your
shipping to get a shipping quote and instructions on how to place
your special order.
Before
using the "expedited shipping credit" feature, please
email us to check on availability of service and the number of
credits you would need to purchase. When emailing us, please indicate
your zip code and which items you wish to order.

It's frustrating when online shops don't tell
me what Shipping & Handling is going to be until the end of
the transaction. What are your S&H charges?

Is
your online payment method secure?
Yes! We use Paypal
for your online payments. For further information on Paypal and
their security, go to www.paypal.com |
Do you have a Return Policy?
Yes we do. You
must contact us within three (3) days of receipt to notify us if
there was an error in your order or if we have grossly misrepresented
the item. We will then provide instructions on how to return your
item for a refund of the purchase price. We do not refund S&H.
Items must be returned in original packaging (if it is individually
carded or boxed ... you do not have to return the envelop or box
in which your order was shipped) and must be the original item.
Under these circumstances, and provided we receive the pre-approved
return items in an undamaged condition, we will issue a refund for
the purchase price less a 15% restock fee. Buyer is responsible
for any return postage. |
Does QualityBargainz, LLC offer Bulk
Discounts?
There is a distinct
possibility. And it never hurts to ask. If you wish to order more
than six (6) of any given item please email us at admin@qualitybargainz.com
to check availability and bulk discount pricing. We may have larger
lot sizes available on different venues as well, and it doesn't
hurt to browse our items there. Or we can arrange to make a special
listing for you. |
Does QualityBargainz, LLC sell on different
venues?
Yes! Currently
we are offering items on eBay and through our direct online QualityBargainz
Store. You can find other great items that we don't carry on
a regular basis at these alternative venues like eBay. Rarely you
may find us on Overstock.com, Yahoo.com and Froogle/Google Base. |
Does
QualityBargainz, LLC have a catalog?
We do not currently
have a printed catalog. Feel free to browse our store and other
venues. There may be differences in inventory, different special
offers and S&H discounts or different size lots at the various
venues. |
Does
QualityBargainz, LLC have a Gift Certificates?
You bet! QualityBargainz
Gift Certificates are perfect for that hard-to-shop-for person.
We can notify your gift recipient of their QualityBargainz Gift
Certificate by either e-mail or regular mail. Gift Certificates
are good for one full year from date of purchase! The Gift Certificate
