Take a very full glass of water, soda, beer, whatever. Put a piece of cardboard over the top. Flip the cup over quickly and place it upside down onto the table. Use the cardboard and your quickness to put this into position without spilling any. Then slide out the cardboard. When your mark goes to get the glass, they won't be able to help but spill the contents all over the table, floor and probably themselves!
