Take a bottle of ordinary dish soap with you next time you go to the mall. Poor the entire contents into the water fountain found in the middle of most malls. I will sit on the edge of the fountain with the dish soap hidden in my jacket. Take the cap off and keep the dish soap hidden under your jacket behind your back and empty it that way so no one will see you pouring the soap in. Then go about your shopping or cruising for about a half an hour or an hour. When you walk by next time, well, you get the idea. If it is a really big fountain, you might need more than one bottle, so it is good to have friends in on it.
