This one is too easy not to pull on someone. Simply take some baby powder and load it into your mark's hair dryer. Not so much that it spills out obviously when they go to use it the next time. Wipe up any remaining evidence and set the rigged hair dryer in its usual spot. When they go to use their hair dryer, they get a big powder cloud all over their wet hair making a big mess and causing huge laughter (if you pick the right mark).
