Leave a note on some random mark's car in a mall parking lot. Write something like "I am sorry but I was in a hurry. I dinged your car while backing out of my parking space. The damage to your car isn't too bad, but I wanted to leave you my name and phone number if it is more extensive than it looks to me. Please call me at 555-5555."

Of course there is no damage to their car, but they will spend lots of time looking it over in fine detail. Too funny!
