This one's more for the summer. Fill one of those big plastic bottles that soda pop comes in with water. Then take a hammer and drive a nail somewhere on the side of the bottle. Pull it out and drain the bottle of the water. Next put a medium-large balloon in the bottle & wrap the neck of the balloon around the neck of the bottle. Fill the balloon with water until it is as full as possible. Then cover the nail hole with your finger, so the water can't come out. Hand the bottle to your mark and ask them to take a peek inside. As the bottle changes hands, and you remove your finger, the water will come squirting out.
