I am surprised you didn't have this one up already, unless I just missed it. It should be one of the classic pranks. Just take some constuction adhesive or other strong glue and glue down a bunch of coins to walkways with a lot of people. See who bends down to pick them up. They can't cause the coins are glued down. People are funny when they realize they can't get the coins. Of course, sometimes they are able to get them pulled up. It's still hilarious to see how hard they have to work to get the glue coins up. Definitely a classic prank in my book.
