Get a Squirt Toilet prank. Fill the bladder full of water by squeezing and releasing it under water. Place the filled unit between the toilet seat and the toilet rim with the nozzel pointing up. When your mark goes to sit down, they will be met with a cold blast of water where they least expect it!

It works really good. I think my sister is still a little mad at me. Though I can't help but laugh ... she now lifts up the toilet seat and I get to remind her that the toilet seat should be left down.
